From 150 retail units across New York City's five boroughs to launching 16 startup locations in Philadelphia, to now guiding multi-state expansion for fast-growth companies like Smooth — a laser hair removal brand I've helped grow from a single Hyattsville, MD location to a DMV footprint and beyond.
